At Hobbii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home and hobby supplies. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging to ensure your creative space stays perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hobbii account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number and shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
